We've used this fencing for over a year now. Its easy to put up, easy to handle, and packs a punch when properly charged and its very visable. The aluminum wires do break if the wire is wrapped around the insulators (to take up slack mid fence line). For those that say it breaks to easily and that their animals get out frequently, you need to check your charger and grounding system. Most fences will break if hit by the whole force of an animal. The point of electric is that it hurts when they touch it, so they just don't touch it. If your fence isn't hot, it isn't working. make it hot and this wire will do the job for you and your animals

not even stong enough to hold in goats,must less a horse.my horse has broken this wire at least 5 times in 2 days and has gotten out.would not recommend.

I redid my entire 10 acres with this wire. This wire was so easy to install, we did a four strand fence in a 5 acres pasture in only 2 hours. My entire 10 acres in only one day! I found I could do this refencing by myself without tearing my hands up. I have 5 horses and 4 burros and no one has gone thru the fence yet. After 1 year the fence has not saged and still looks as good as the day we installed it. I recommend this product, and with the cost as inexpensive as it is,I have found using it to enclose my garden to keep my dogs out has been a real bargin.
