I just got back from a three day camping trip in the New Mexico Gila National Forest. This portable corral worked very well with my two horses. My horses respected the corral and never tried to run through the fence. However, I did practice with my horses at home before I took them on this trip. I would also recommend that you use a steel starter stake to make holes for the plastic base stakes and keep extra batteries on hand for the charger. This corral is easy to put up and take down and comes with a convenient duffle bag. This corral kept my horses comfortable and gave me "peace of mind" during my trip.

This product worked just as planned. I want to upgrade a couple of plastic components. We were camping in a hard compacted dirt area and a few of the plastic base pieces are now bent. Would be nice to have slightly higher quality base pieces. All in all, it did it's job and kept both horses in the entire trip.

We paid for overnight shipping to get our corral in time for a week long camping trip in a remote part of New Mexico. Unfortunately the controller is defective. Hopefully we will return this item for a full refund because it's not worth it if it won't keep the horses in.

We have used the corral for a year now and like the functionality of the product very much. The quality of some components is very cheap...like the plastic stakes that break easily, plastic stranded rope that comes apart and plastic center stays that warp. It does keep the horses in...that is great!
