This is the worst fitting blanket, made in China no quality control. The material is rough, stiff and has a chemical smell. The shoulder and chest fit is horrible. Even though I ordered correct sizes the blankets were 3-4 inches too small. The one blanket was missing the velcro chest closings. Do not waste your money; I had to return all four blankets.

I haven't returned mine and I am still using the blankets. I do recommend washing them or leave them in the rain, due to the smell.
They do the job! I have 5 horses, three are larger horses 15h-16hs so I ordered the 72-76 sizes. Always get a size bigger!!! But I have two smaller horses that I haven't found a size that fits well. They are durable, but a little stiff at first. I washed mine with warm soapy water and left it out in the rain and that has done the trick. It may seem like a little work, but the sheets work.

I got 3 sheets on sale. 1 fits perfectly, 1 fair, and 1 not(maybe wrong size). I would actually buy another on sale. They get rained on every week and have been worn almost 24/7 for last 6 weeks and holding up fairly well.

I ordered the correct size but it was too small for the horse intended. I could have sent it back but had a smaller horse I put it on.
For the size The drop should have been at least another 3 inches, it barely covered the belly.
The shoulders rub the hair off,inspite of having gussetts. It needs to have an inside lining on the shoulders, over the withers, and on the tail as tail hairs get caught and pulled out.
It could have been tighter woven, it would protect better from gnats and no see ums, and would make this sheet softer. I have to swap it out every few days or my horses hairs break off.

I ordered two flysheets. While I agree they are stiff initially, my complaints lies with the quality. The chest buckle closure holes are unfinished, and ravel. I used my glue gun to melt them which worked. then the shoulder gussets have come apart at the seams. Again, my glue gun to melt and attempt to hold them together. I am hoping just to get through the season, but feel it is highly unlikely.
DONT PURCHASE!! MUCH BETTER FLYSHEETS OUT THERE FOR THE PRICE!!

Where we live, we get mosquitos so bad that we are unable to go to our vehicles or our horses without getting bit. They were driving our horses crazy. Sprays didn't work, the over the counter ones that are used on people worked good on the leg areas. We put this product on one of our horses, and it worked good. When we took it off a few days later when the mosquitos died down, he had no bites where the blanket was. Other than a few tears on it from horses being horses, I thought the product worked great and would recommend it.
