I have only had my these one my 2 horses for two days and already the snaps on the nosebands have broken. They also make them sweat a lot around the ears.

This mask does not work. One of the snaps would not hold and kept popping open. Then, the other snap came out of the mask altogether. The extension piece is just hanging on by the velcro in the center. It is nice, heavy material and fits okay, but the snaps are a problem...at least on my horse.

I like the mask as much as the ones with no nose band.But my huge PMU has un-snapped each end snap. read the other reviews & so far the snaps have not broken, just come undone.If other horses rub their heads, face like mine , I can understand the snaps breaking. It doesn't quit cover to his nostrils.He has an XL & it fits him great. I like i so much better than the cashel full face.

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought this product. I bought two thinking I'd wash one while my horse wore the clean one. Never got to wash it. The snap broke off the first day! So, used the second one, the snap on the other side broke off. The company did send another one to replace the first one, though. I would NOT recommend this. WASTE of money!

The removable nose flap is just that, removable, and my horses or their pasture-mates lost no time in pulling them off. whoever designed these doesn't understand horses. Unless your idea of fun is walking the paddock looking for the flap, sew it on by hand before putting this mask on your horse.
The sizes all run large and even the Small is very loose on my Arabian yearling.
