The Sheet is a nice fit after a few re-adjustments. I have found the best way for the belly to fit is to criss cross the outer belly bands and straight in the middle,this keeps the belly from falling out during the evening.
The velcro is placed a bit large for the sheet but I guess if your mare was pregnant with twins she would need the room.
There are 2 main faults I have found on this sheet, 1) the neck is a poor fit as it runs really large around but is a bit short, it could be a few inches longer for when horse is grazing and
2) the front rubs and the edges are not protected and are a bit rough.
I bought mine the end of last year because in the deep south the horseflies sound like jets at times and can be nasty leaving marks looking like injection sites all over your horse. My horse is a 15.3 QH mare of average build, not real stocky and she gets her sheet put on every evening feeding and it comes off in the morning so she has a bit more protection at dawn and dusk. I have found blood marks where she got bitten thru the sheet and like most fly sheets, snagging comes with the territory but it probably has paid for itself since I am not needing to bathe her in insectides in the evening, just wipe down her neck, ankles and face.
If you stall your horse this would be an excellant blanket because most of my observation is from my horse being turned out all the time, coming in only to eat, get tacked or stalled due to bad weather.

If you have 150 or so to shell out, then definitely go for this sheet. The buzzblock technology is amazing, and I just take it off when it rains so it doesn't 'wash out'.
I have a 15.1 paint gelding who wears a 75 sheet; overall I'm happy with the sizing. The neck could be a bit longer, but my horse is a bit stocky and I needed the width that the neck provides (Most TB people may not.). My gelding is extremely bug-sensitive and I have wetlands on my property (Jeez!) so I have a HUGE bug problem. He wears this sheet 24/7 as long as it's not raining, and it has held up wonderfully (for me) and really does it's job. The belly band IS really roomy for the size of the blanket, but what the other reviewer suggested works well.
Overall, if you are looking for a top-notch fly sheet with the most coverage, this is definitely it. I love it, there's no rubs on my horse's sensitive skin so I suppose he does too!

I have gone thru MANY flysheets due to not enough protection or easily damaged. so far this has been my favorite. like the other reveiws said the neck could be longer. the belly band is a little big even for my 16.3 Friesian mare it has to go as tight as possible and even then it's loose. I love how the legs drop down and how long the tail cover is. great protection from the sun as well as bugs & so far hasn't ripped.
