I caught not one single fly in any of the four traps I purchased.Even when the horses were three feet from it and covered with the pests, none of them bothered to check in. This one is a bomb with no bang!

Hi, My experience since we have been using these fly traps for three years is that they work well. We have one by the barn and two on the deck camouflaged and they keep flies out of the house. They fill up and are useful, as useful as any fly trap. I don't know why the other person had such a bad experience. We do change them frequenlty as they do fill up quickly sometimes.

THese things work great! they don't have the nasty smell I have had with the bag versions, and man do they fill up quick. It takes a day or so for all the bait to disolve, but then the flies have no problem finding it. I even have mine hung low near the ground.

I too, don't understand why the first reviewer had a problem with these traps. For us, they fill up fast and I love the ease of tossing them in the trash. We have 3 horses that we currently board and we will continue to buy this product.

The only problem I have is the night time animals we attracted to them I had one hanging to close to the hay and a fox or raccoon bit into the bottom and made a hole. The smell must have attracted the animal. Hang it high enough to not be reached by anything and you will do good. They fill up good. Just hang it in a sunny spot.

After trying a number of fly products (sprays, sticky traps) this year with no success, I decided to try this bait. Bought two--the barn dog took off with one before I could hang it and all the bait spilled out. The other? Within days it was incredibly full. Added water, and it filled up even more. Now, it's full to the max and flies are still swarming around it. Today I'm ordering 10 more to place at all the barn entrances and at the caretaker's cottage. Won't need to buy anything else!

The best fly trap ever!!! I've never seen so many flies in on little fly trap. The smell is a little nauseating at times, but who cares, it sure takes care of the flies.

This product is working so well that we are going to purchase the larger re-usable model. Two of them have filled to the top in a matter of 3 days. We just wish this model had the screw on lid like the larger model.

The price of $2.99 each seemed like a good deal, but I had no idea what a small (1 pint!)and useless fly trap this is. It's too small to hold enough liquid or dead flies----if there were any. A complete waste of money.
