We purchased some of this product that was used and it looks just as good as the brand new stuff we bought. I also put it up as my arena fencing(not hot) because it is safe and much cheaper than panels or wood rails. We have the black tape and it came in very handy this last winter when we had several feet of snow at a time as it was very visible. We also just fenced our neighbors 5000 foot pasture and it was so much easier than any other fencing I've used before

We installed this fencing for our horses on three side of the pasture; horses have never gone through this fence but have pushed the horsewire fencing over on the fourth side! This fencing works great with a solar power charger and has stood up to tornado force winds with no problem.
