Got the Fleas, 2/25/2010
Kat from Massachusetts

We got fleas out of no where while we were using biospot. I contacted them and they send me carpet spray. I bathed the dogs with an effective flea shampoo and the fleas kept coming back. The company gave me the run around that I just needed to give it time to break the life cycle. Whatever we gave up and bought this product. We haven't seen another flea since. We're 3 months flea free. We have 4 dogs all in the same weight rage. One is 40lbs and the others 50lbs-80lbs. The vet said this product is safe enough to give the 40lbs dog the 45-88 one like the others are on. Next time I order, I might buy a pack of the lower dose in addition to the larger for the others as it is cheaper. You can't beat the price however, I don't think the company will honor any guarantee if it doesn't work because it isn't from a vet clinic.

Best I have ever tried, 6/17/2009
Christina Dioxn from Hope, AR

I have a male pom and with his thick fur it is really hard to keep fleas off of him, I tried every thing and Frontline plus was the only thing that worked. I love that it stops the fleas at all life stages and is waterproof since I bath him every week that is a must.

Frontline Plus , 8/19/2008

I never found a product that works so good. I never had a problem until I tried two different products that were cheaper. Fleas started and the skin reactions also. Will name both K9 Advantix and Bio Spot. Don't use them even though cheaper you will regreat it.

Simple the Best, 6/11/2008
Richard Rowell from Woodlawn, TN

I live in an area that I swear must have about 1 tick per square foot! I have 4 large dogs that have a 100x100 enclosure in the woods. Frontline is the only thing I've tried that keeps my dogs tick & flea free. If I do see a tick on them it's always dead and brushes right off. Frontline is simply the best.

Waste of $$, 4/20/2008
Cheryl from Crown Point, IN

Two years ago I ended up with a flea infestation in my cats. The critters hitched a ride in on my shelties and jumped to the cats. Everyone was on Frontline, yet it took me months to finally get rid of the fleas, even with bathing, fogging, etc. The Frontline did not even kill the fleas that were on the cats! Last year I went back to the old flea collars on the dogs and did not have 1 flea on anyone all year. I can't believe I wasted hundreds of dollars on this ineffective product./

I'm a groomer and have 2 dogs and I really believe in Frontline Plus 100%. Used it for years. Never a worry. We winter in the south east so need it in the winter too. No problems at all. Highly recomend it.

My choice for fleas and ticks, 1/9/2008
Diana Robinson from Chico, CA

I've been using Frontline for years. It stays on my dogs after swimming or a bath, gives good tick protection for a month, and in my experience it gives good flea protection for a full two months. I had a friend with an aquarium shop specializing in sensitive reef creatures, and when he asked his vet which flea control would be safest for him to use on his dog when he would be having his hands in the tanks afterward, his vet recommended Frontline. I can't see any reason to pay more for Frontline Plus, since regular Frontline kills the fleas before they can lay their eggs anyway.

Frontline Top Spot and Frontline Plus, 8/16/2007
Laurie from Bucks County, PA

Please note that the product advertised is Frontline Top Spot- NOT Frontline Plus. Frontline Plus contains s-methoprene which kills flea eggs and larvae. Frontline Top Spot does NOT kill flea eggs and flea larvae, only adult fleas. Be sure you are comparing apples to apples.
