This knocks out mild thrush within 1-2 applications. (If you don't like the pour-type application, this product also works well from a spray bottle.)

Works Great!, 4/16/2011

We used this for a horse that my daughter rides all the time at a local stable, and within 3 applications her hoofs were healed. It is easy to apply if you follow directions and a little goes a long way. The owner of the stable liked it so much so bought more!

This works fine but is not a miracle cure. If your horse is in a wet stall or pasture, then no medicine will kill thrush. This product works as well as any other I've used, but I prefer it because it does not stain or bleach (some are heavily dyed and stain horses' socks, my jods, and my hands). I've lost the lid a couple of times and then it's easy to knock it over and spill some. Other than that it is easy to use.

I've had excellent luck with this product! The bottle makes it easy to apply. It does not stain or burn and a small amount is all that is needed. My horses get fairly mild thrush occasionally, and this product knocks it out in 1-2 applications.

It doesn't really work..., 10/2/2009

I bought this at my local feed store because my horse had some thrush in all four feet. I followed all the directions for weeks, and there is no difference. It is also a pain to apply. It is supposed to be applied twice a day, which is hard for me because I board my horse at a stable. It also creates a mess. It is really runny and isn't easily absorbed my the hoof. Whenever I squirted onto my horse's hoof, it ran down and dripped off the side. It really didn't make a difference after weeks so I would not reccomend it. However, I think it would be good just for preventing thrush rather than treating it.
