First, the "brass" is so ugly! It looks like gold plated. The horse size does NOT fit all horses. I have three quarter horses, all over 1100 pounds. The halter bridle did not fit one of them. I punched holes in one to try to work with it, but that still did not work. The bit sat too low in my horse's mouth. The leather was nice, but overall, not happy with the product and returned the two I did not modify.

This would be a great product if the hardware wasn't plated. The leather is great, but after a summer of riding the hardware has rusted badly and ruins the appearance. Very large size.

I saw this bridle combo in use by the New Orleans Mounted Police and thought it looked so sharp and versatile that I wanted it too! It fits my clydesdale after I popped a few extra holes in it. Reins are nice and long as well. Brass is sturdy and nicely polished.
I would use the halter feature with a lead rope, but I would never hard tie a horse who has a bit in its mouth, the added confinement can lead to panic.
Great buy overall.

This is a great value. The leather soft. The reins are a great length, not too short like other combos I have.
The conway buckles are easy to adjust too.
Only complaint is the bridle is very big. I am on the last holes on the bit pieces with no room to punch any more; My horse is an average size TN Walker.
(The photo shows the incorrect connection on the bit pieces fyi; The snap end should connect to the bridle, not the bit.)

Nice combo, however I had it on a Mustang mare who didn't want to be tied up any longer, rared up and back, snapped the lead ring and the chin strap. I'll have it fixed and keep it for later (much later).

This is the nicest combo that i have bought or seen in the tack shops. i needed a cob size but due to the superb quality, i bought horse size and paid to have it altered.
