How would this saddle fit a 17 hand, high withered T.Walker who rides in a wide tree western saddle?
Julia K on Nov 27, 2015
Best Answer: It would depend how the horse is built. If the horse has a wide back like a daft horse that is 17 hands, it wouldn't be a good fit. If the horse doesn't have a wide back the 8 inch gullet should work.

I had my horse measured and was told she needs full quarter bars, 7" gullet and 8-8 1/2" rise. Would this saddle fall into that description?
