VERY sturdy halters. We use the small size to train wild burros for the BLM for the Burro Incentive Program. These work out great for us. At first we were worried about them being so thin but don't let that fool you. We have never had one break. Very nice halter at a great price!

A little lighter weight than I thought it would be, but working out well.

Can anyone say conclusively exactly how these halters fit? Some reviewers say they are too big. Some say they are too small. I am trying to fit a donkey and a 13 hh pony who both usually wear a yearling size. I don't want to have to send anything back. What size is truly right?

Best Answer: Most of the reviews say that the halter is fitting large. You may be best off to get the size they would usually wear and if it is too large you can always add more holes in it.
