There are much better rope halters out there..., 12/27/2012

I was disappointed with this halter. When it first came, all the knots were really loose and not in the right places. Even though these halters a made to be adjustable, the knots were way to bulky even after tightening them. The tie end over the poll area was also short and a pain for larger/ wider quarter horse heads, I barely had enough room to tie it off. The lead rope had HUGE melted ends (one end had a 2" hard blob where it has been melted to reduce fraying). Just bad quality overall! Go with the mustang brand rope halters. They are better quality.
