Rated 5 out of 5 by perfect I bought these because one of myhorses new leather halter rubbed off hair behind her ears. After using these her hair grew back (wrong color though!)but I always wash and use these on my horses from now on. Glad to have these! December 14, 2011

Why did you choose this? Store
As described. They are not very thick nor very plush but they do the job and the hunter green color is nice. And can't beat the price!

Does this velcro on and off or is it a tube you just slide over the crown?
A shopper on Jun 17, 2014
Best Answer: It is a tube, no Velcro. I bought to use with the the grazing muzzles I ordered. I anticipated my horses rubbing the muzzle off so used a red one to not only cushion the strap on crown but also make the muzzle easier to find out in the pasture.
