I just got this surcingle in this week and was impressed with the price and quality, the only problem I had was that the girth was the cheapest part of the item and rubbed a sore on my horse after 3 uses. That's the only issue, so if you purchase this item you might want to consider a fleece cover for the girth. Other than that is great!

The girth that is included with the surcingle is TINY! I have a thick QH gelding, and it didnt even come half way around his body. however, the girth from his english saddle was too big to use with it because the girth buckles in different areas from the saddle, to the surcingle. i tried this on a friends throughbred, and it was too loose while using the included girth. great product, i just can't use it until i buy a new girth.

This is a good surcingle if you're ground-driving, but is fairly impractical if you want to use side-reins. I'm really happy with the price and quality, but I wish there were D-rings further down.

Just a warning that this is the first surcingle I've ever purchased and worked with so my review may be a little inexperienced.
So this product seems to be excellent in quality. The fleece is nice and thick. There are plates in it that help it keep its shape which I like. The D-Rings are excellent, perfect for all sorts of work. This would be excellent for people just starting to use a surcingle, in my opinion.

I love this surcingle! Very soft and easy on the horse, yet you can control them easily.
