Designed to be all you need on your horse. Top layer is a heavy, double weave 100% New Zealand Wool blanket which is long lasting, durable, and good looking; oil tan wear leathers. 7/8" heavy wool felt center absorbs shock and contours to the horses back to keep the blanket from shifting. Ultrasoft, heavy 28 oz fleece bottom is comfortable and helps wick away moisture. Felt and fleece cut out through the leg area to allow close leg contact for a better feel.

I have the black and white zebra pad and LOVE the coloring. I can't ride with this pad because it elevates my saddle to high and then it slips around. Sometimes I can get it not to slip but I feel uncomfortable with how high my saddle gets. Wouldn't buy again.

I love the weight of this pad and the bright colors that look wonderful against my bay. I also like how thick the pad is, I dont have to add a saddle blanket under it like i do with other pads!

This saddle pad is wonderful!! A bit pricey but has the high quality. This pad has all the protection your horse would need. It is quite thick, but doesn't make my horse sweat during light riding and the leg cut-out allows better communication. My only complaint is that the pad is kind of heavy (compared to a fleece pad alone) but; I don't have to worry about it shifting while riding, or flying off while saddling on a windy day. Would definitely purchase again.
