Love these boots, sizing is off, 2/3/2010
Cecillia from Beaufort, SC

I had a pair of these many years back and decided to get a new set for the horse I have now. I love these boots, we live in a very wet area and they are os easy to just spray off and dry quickly. The only issue I have is I measured my horse and it said to get a medium but the boots don't meet when I put them on. Next time I will get a size large!

WONDERFUL!!!!!, 1/31/2010
Karolina S from Athens, GA

I bought these kind of boots from a tack store but they are exactly the same. I did pay a bit more, but I didn't know that they sold them here. My Appaloosa is over 14.2, but under 15hh, and the MD fit PERFECTLY on him, so if you have a regular horse, i suggest to get the MD and if you have a pony, get the SM. I bought the hunter green for my Appaloosa and he LOVES them! Easy to wash off, easy to put on and take off, and VERY durable! My horse LOVES them! He doesn't get hurt jumping anymore. I would SO recommend these!

Davis Splint Boots - OK, 10/9/2009
JoJo Childs from Sacramento, CA

I like these boots, they are easy to clean and keep sanitized, they stay on well. Only drawback, horse's legs sweat alot in them - has left black marks on legs but washed off pretty well. All in All happy with them and my horse seems to be happy in them too.

great boots!, 5/31/2009
Jocelyn from Webster, MA

i bought these to use at school where i am riding a bunch of different horses. these boots fit a variety of horses and they're more comfortable than some others. theyre super easy to clean, i can just wipe them down with a damp cloth and they're ready to go. i dont have to throw them in the wash and wait an hour. overall these boots offer great protection, support, and comfort for any horse, and i use them in all disciplines. these are great boots!

An Essential, 1/13/2009
Rose from VA

Davis splint and bell boots have always been an essential for me and my horses They work well, come in a variety of cute colors, and best of all the PVC material is easy to clean much easier to clean than cloth or leather splint boots, which stain easily. All you have to do after a ride is hose or spray these down and theyll be dry and ready to use again shortly.

these are great!, 9/21/2007
Savannah from Athens, Ga

I love these boots. whenever i start working with a horse these are some of the first things i get for them. the sizes fit great and they mold to the horses legs immediately so there isnt that initial period where the boots are kind of awkward on the horses legs. they hold up great, and just a simply hose off and they are clean! i use them for everything...trails they can go in water without getting gross! jumping, barrels, and just simple ring work. I had mare that had a BAD habit of clipping herself with her feet but once i started using these that problem was eliminated. I would recommend that every horse owner have a pair, they are a great price and quality. after all, you dont go work without protecting your legs so why should your horse
