These breeches fit me great and I think they are really comfortable. They are warm until it's below about 35, then they do nothing. I typically layer some tights underneath and it's ok. Like another review said, they pill very easily, so much in fact that they have pilled so much on my seat that there are giant holes in them. They only lasted one winter season. I have two other pairs of different winter breeches so I don't wear these too often, maybe once a week in the winter, December to March. Not a good product.

These are probably very warm but fit oddly. I tried them and the Irideon power stretch breeches and these seem like they would be more wind-resistant, but the material doesn't have much stretch to them and the cut just isn't right. I went one size larger than my usual size and have slim calves, and like other readers report, these still felt oddly restricting to me. The fabric doesn't have enough give in it. The next size up was huge in the waist/upper bum, and less tight in the legs, but bunched at the knee and crotch/front of thigh area.
If wind is a big issue, I'd recommend dealing with these. But otherwise, go with Irideon.

I find the fit of these pants a little strange, I have very thin lower legs and I found them to be very tight regardless. I also found they didn't quite clear the length of my hips, height-wise, but are a little loose at the waist in any case. I've ridden in them outside in temperatures in the 20s with wind, and I feel fine once I'm in the saddle, but just walking around with them they don't seem to do much once the wind hits them. I still feel the breeze where these are the only things between my legs and the elements - from knees to where my jacket reaches. I like them better with silk long underwear underneath, but they still lack the general insulation for inactivity or walking around on foot. So, in conclusion, good while riding, but still not quite warm enough for down time at the barn.

Upon getting these I immediately washed them - inside out and line dry - and they pilled so bad they look awful. I wore them anyway, because it was super cold, and was very comfortable. So they do provide warmth, but I won't be wearing them anywhere but to school at my barn.

they kept me warm for a few hours but the fabric on the pants wears away after the first day of wearing them . good for the price but i would invest for a better pair

Even though I'm a little ticked about the extra $4 charge (for some reason SLT charged me the original price rather than the clearance price), these breeches are GREAT. I just got them today and haven't actually worn them riding yet, but they are SOFT, stretchy, and flexible! For some reason, a lot of breeches I have tried on restrict movement and I hate that. I am happy to say that is NOT a problem with these at all. They aren't exactly /fleece/ like I expected, but they are very well insulated. Started to feel the warmth as soon as I got them on. Now, about that $4...

Extremely comfortable pull on pant that looks like a more expensive tailored pant. Thick enough to hide your imperfections and pantie lines but not at all bulky. Moves with you and doesnt put pressure on sore knees. Slippery in saddle unless you sit on suade or use suade half chaps. They are my favorite riding breech and double as my favorite cross country ski pants, long johns under my alpine snow bib and can make a quick trip to the grocery store with a nice sweater. Sized accurately.
