Rated 3 out of 5 by It's ok It's ok, but the leather looks different in the picture than it actually is. It is also very stiff ;and the toe of the boot is square not round. One more thing in the description it says to order a size bigger i dont know if you should do that though. I ordered an 11 and it really was an 11, but maybe it was just me. Good luck getting your new boots. :) January 10, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Highly Recommended I received these in the mail and was riding in them not even an hour later. No break-in time necessary. I originally ordered middleburg lace paddocks from Dover at the start of my quest for the perfect economical paddock boot and returned them due to cheap quality and horrible sizing. For the same price as those cheap paddock boots and way better shipping rates than Dover, I'm very happy that I ultimately decided on these boots. They have great details for an inexpensive synthetic boot. I ordered a half size smaller than usual and they fit great with summertime socks and I see there being enough room for winter socks as well. The laces aren't the best but that's an easy replacement. I hope to get a few good years out of these! August 15, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Light weight When I first put them on I thought they were a little tight, so I put on a thin pair of socks, and got them laced up and walked around in them, they were much better. I got my usual size and everything worked out great! And they are a very light weight! May 26, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great boot, Cheap laces This was my first riding boot. It is a wonderful boot! But be warned they run quite big I usually wear a nine or 8 1/2 in normal shoes but I wear an 8 in these. The laces that come with them are not very durable though, so you will need to buy new ones. Overall great boot and reasonable price. May 23, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Run Big Just received these in the mail. They are good quality overall, however, I would suggest ordering a size down. I ordered my usual size, but they are pretty big, and definitely bigger than my previous paddock boots. I think even with thick socks they will still be too large. May 17, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Boot No break in time!! I got these in the mail the day before my first show and wore them ALL day and my feet didn't have that "new boot" hurt. Fit great and look great! Very pleased! March 26, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing! This boots are awesome! When i first got them it felt like they were already broken in. The only thing is that you need to get new laces, the ones that come on the boots are cheap and are torn after the first ride, but overall i love the boot! January 18, 2012

Do these really run small? I wear 8, should I get 8, 8.5, or 9?
Naomi V on Nov 5, 2014
Best Answer: These run a little big actually. I wear a 9.5, ordered a 9.5 and could probably of ordered a 9 and would of been good. Although, with the 9.5 I can wear the really quality thick comfy socks that cushion your feet (and keep them warm) and the boots are perfect.

I hope that helps!
