I prefer my pads to have a contour in them, they seem more comfortable for the horses. I also like felt because it is very breathable!

Is this saddle pad good for a high withered horse?
Emily M on Nov 14, 2014
Best Answer: I have bought these pads for 5 years now and they fit my quarter horses very well. Neither have high withers but I would say yes this pad would fit a high withered horse. They hold their shape and thickness even after washing.

Can this be used for barrel racing and bumming around the farm?
Rachel W on Nov 22, 2015
Best Answer: I use it with my barrel, reining and equitation saddles, both for everyday use and inot competition. The two I have have held up nicely.

Can i put a saddle blanket on top of this for shows?
mckenna r on Jan 26, 2015
Best Answer: Yes. That's why I like it's size cause some saddle blankets are smaller than the pad. And when showing you don't want your pad sticking out from under your pad ; )

Where is this pad made?
A shopper on May 28, 2015
Best Answer: The tag on the pad I purchased last fall says "Made in USA." Hope that helps, seems to be a well made pad for the money.
