Product Summary:

After an energetic ride you may notice an unequal sweat pattern. This could indicate there is an area where the saddle is not equally distributing the weight, causing unequal pressure on the animal’s back. You can add or subtract felt shims to help alleviate the pressure, creating a more comfortable ride for your horse. The Pressure Relief Pad has a durable cotton duck top with a 1” Wool felt bottom. The pockets contain 1/2” Wool felt shims, which can be removed to better fit your saddle.

Size: 30x30x1 or 32x32x1

How do you clean this pad?
A shopper on Jan 25, 2016
Best Answer: Diamond Wool saddle pads are made from wool felt that has a high Wool content. To avoid shrinking, avoid hot water or heat during drying. Occasionally brush your pad with a stiff bristled brush. This will help dislodge hair, dirt and sweat, which will extend your pads useful life span. After use, your wool pad should be placed where it can air out and dry more efficiently.

To Clean Diamond Wool Pads
Use a soft cloth or sponge, a mild shampoo or detergent free soap (such as Ivory), and tepid water.
Slightly dampen the cloth or sponge and add a small amount of soap.
Work up a small lather on soiled areas.
Rinse with clean water.
Allow to air dry.
