I have had this saddle for 4 months and it is not holding up as well as it should. The keepers for the girth billets have come off the girth and the inner leather of one of the billets has torn. Aside from that, it's a very comfortable saddle for me and fits my high withered thoroughbred well. It can be repaired, but I am somewhat disapointed in the quality.

I've had this saddle for 6 years. It's held up really good and is very comfortable.

I purchased this saddle 8 months ago to use for cross country rides. It has not held up as I hoped for the price. It would be a great lesson saddle, but not for long packing cross country trips. The horn broke off and the ring are pulled out from the tree. The leather is not high quality and seems to be starting to dry rot and tear in heavy use places. Very disappointed in this saddle. First item I have been unhappy with through horse.com. Will retire it to light use and go back to my roping saddle for real work.

I could not fit my TB who has a shark fin back with a decent saddle until I had a Kimberly Supreme Poley custom made for him - yes they do that. It was the best thing I ever did for him and for me. I can be in the saddle 10 hours pain free compared to a couple hours in a regular western. Poleys provide safety for crow hops when deer jump out. Best of all, my TB was like a different horse once we put this on him - he has no grunting, stiffness or hesitancy to ride anymore. Do your horse a favor and get an Aussie.

Great quality, smooth riding saddle, very comfortable. Horse seemed a bit irritated as I had a hard time getting the saddle tight enough on her to prevent it from slipping, otherwise I really enjoyed riding in it. Light weight and easy to handle. Guess I just need more practice tightening the girth. Would totally recommend.

I've ridden Aussie saddles since they came to the U.S. and saw this saddle in a used saddle shop, the owner has severe health issues and can't ride. It fit my horse perfectly. The deep seat is comfortable and especially good on long rides. As a general all-around saddle its lightness makes easy transport and easy on my horse, its durable for light trail riding a the poleys keep you secure when you meet the unexpected! I recommend this saddle for anyone who enjoys general trail riding, a hard seat saddle that's comfortable and easy on the back, and allows the horse to maneuver with ease and ends the ride without a sore back or being exceptionally tired. Great investment!

I have ridden all kinds of saddles. I have always wanted to buy an Aussie saddle but never found one. We looked in your catalog, going over and over the saddles to know which one would be right. We settled on the Kimberly outback saddle. We could not be happier. I can't ride enough it is the most comfortable saddle and safe to boot! Thank you for such great products. .Kathleen
