Down Under Kimberly Synthetic Saddle from Miami, FL
Although the saddle took longer to arrive than I expected it too, it was I must admit worth the wait. I was really surprised when I opened the box. The saddle is beautiful! I love it! Impressed with the quality. I have a Paso Fino and he is wide, and I am petite, so I bought a 16W and it fits him perfectly! The saddle is very comfortable and I feel nice and snug in the seat. Couldn't be happier! Looking forward to many happy trails! ?

The last saddle I bought was a Wintec english and I thought I'd died and went to heaven, it was so comfortable, but with this saddle both me and my MFT have died and gone to heaven. My horse is so comfortable with this saddle that she moves really nice and I feel so secure in it. Now I can enjoy my trail rides with out having sore knees and lower back.
The price is great even though it was on back order for about a month but well worth the wait.
When it came in I had a professional english saddle fitter come and see how it fit my horse and even he was suprised at the quality and fit.
BEST SADDLE I EVER BOUGHT!!! When this one wears out I'm getting another one!!!!!

I've had this saddle about 2 years now and it has held up well. A little place under the flap came loose but I screwed it back down. I have it in brown, it is dark and light, brass fittings, nylon 'leathers'.
I like two things about this saddle. First, it's an aussie saddle with NO overgirth! This means you won't be sitting on a strap. You can use a regular 2 buckle english saddle girth, no need to buy special overgirth girth with the extra end pieces. It came with a 22", I would suggest 28" is a better fit for most horses. I used it on my Morgan and she didn't like it, tried to buck me off, but on my TWH mare it it quite nice. It has reasonably wide bars so I have to pad it up a bit since she has high thin withers, but just a nice thick pad, no need for a lot of fiddling. really can't say anything negative, but I might want to find one that will hold up for some more vigorous riding in the future.

I put off buying this saddle for months, then it went on sale so I ordered the brown with horn. I love love love the saddle, it's comfortable, beautiful (switched out the stirrups). However, I have tried a number of different pads/blankets, but I still get a lot of slipping - saddle slips and pads seem to slip right out from under it. I love the saddle so much that I am not going to give up until I find a pad that doesn't slip.

I like this saddle, and I have ridden in it twice. It offers security, if your horse is green or spooks a lot. If your stirrup strap length is long enough you won't have any rubbing where the straps attach. It is not meant to sit in like a chair, no saddle is.
Girth is not long enough, so you will need to replace it with a size 30" if your horse is medium size. With the girth that arrives there is too much strap against the horse, and not enough girth.
I would buy again for any horse that might act up, just to get good seat security. Get the wide or your saddle will be too narrow for most. I am using mine on a Foxtrotter and a Tennessee walker.

After going back & forth finally decided to give the saddle a try & I am so glad I did. Ordered this model & spoke to customer service for help and they were the best. Beautiful little saddle, well made with nice materials. A pleasure to saddle up, light weight and fits my gaited horse to a T. Very secure so I feel more confident on my horses back. Too bad the site won't let you upload photos, my horse looks great in this saddle. Order this one, you won't be disappointed.

It's everything it says it is, and way more! I bought a 16W for my 15.1/1100 round half arab/QH. The 22" girth fits fine.
IT Fit's my hard to fit mare, is as comfortable as my old Crosby show saddle, you cannot be unseated in it- lol- even with a half Arab.
The included girth was black, not brown, and had elastic on one end/roller buckles. A VERY NICE high quality, easy to use, very easy to cinch up neoprene girth. I quickly forgave it for not matching my saddle.

Purchased this saddle a couple of months ago. Very comfortable for rider and horse. Thought the cinch that came with it was to small ( 22" )but it has held up so far. I highly recommend this saddle for its comfort and price.

I have a 5 yr old in training. I fractured one of my fingers and the on and off of the western tack became to much. My Husband found this saddle and ordered it for me. I didn't expect much but when it arrived and I took it out of the box, all I could say was "Wow, I am impressed!" Great, great value for the price and very light weight and I can handle tacking him up by myself! My only complaint is the nylon straps did pinch my leg alot! I will take Andrea's suggestion on changing out the nylon leathers to real leather. Other than that I love the look, price and comfort it provides. I have never ridden in anything other than a bareback pad or western saddle. Thanks Kimberly :-)

I got this for my hard to fit donkey, I actually bought it straight from the manufacter & sent in a with tracing for my donk.
It fits her great! It has to be the most comfortable saddle I've ever ridden in! very secure, fits me great.
the serge panels are closed cell foam, so it has extra 'built' in padding for your animal.
Love all the places to hook stuff! I've already made a matching breeching and it attached beautifully to this saddle!
Light weight, easy care, looks way better in person!! ( btw, I got black)

My daughter bought this saddle 2 yrs. ago - compact like a hunt saddle and light too, but the material grips you wonderfully - the high back and the polies keep you tight in your seat. secure on the horse - never slipped in any direction and easy to cinch up. And minimum care! I have leather austrailian endurance saddles and treeless saddles and I think the close contact and gripping of the seat material - lightness is better in this little gem...my favorite of all the saddles we own.

Good value for the price. Very light. I love the ease in cinching with the elastic girth but it definitely needs a breast plate if your going to ride up hill. I replaced the nylon leathers with real leather ones, I found the nylon pinched my leg quite a lot. The dee rings screws on the front for the breast plate came loose so I had to glue them. This is the worst feature on this saddle.

I have the brown saddle; it is a dark brown, not peanut colored, more like a brazil nut. Very comfortable and strong brass fittings screwed in, lightweight, gold top stitching. Won't last 100 years but will do the job well enough. Try it, you'll like it!
