easy to use and good for everyone, 11/12/2011

nellie from lexington

this wormer makes this chore easier. The apple scent and flavor when using, being able to use on everyone, from our mares nursing, the mini's and foals. Also one syringe is enough to do our large 1300 lb warmblood or 2 yearlings.

recommended by my vet, 1/7/2011

Becky from Goshen, NY

We have been using this dewormer in January for several years, at the recommendation of our vet. We can use it on broodmares, foals, and geriatric horses without a problem. It's an excellent complement for horses on daily Strongid. The price at horse.com is amazing!

Equimax, 8/19/2010

Jan Nelson from

I have used Equimax with the rotation of other wormers on my Quarter Horses & Miniature Horses and found this to do the best job. The horses like the taste and I can get more horses wormed with the 1,320 lb. dose. It goes farther worming my Minis. I would recommend this wormer to anyone.

Equimax Wormer, 2/15/2008

Heartland Equine Rescue from Oregon, WI

This is one of the best broad spectrum wormer, especially for addressing tapeworms. Only Equimax combines 1.87 Ivermective with 14.03 PRAZINQUATEL. Zimectrin Golds przainquantel content is only 7.75, but its another good product. Equimax treats up to 1,320 lbs body weight vs. 1,250 lbs. Both are safe for pregnant mares. Equimax also treats for a broader spectrum of other parasites than Zimecterin Gold. Heartland Equine Rescue always recommends rotational worming schedule for maximum parasite control.
