MaxFlex™ Maximum Relief Glucosamine Pellets

 

MaxFlex™ Maximum Relief Glucosamine Pellets are an appetizing flax-alfalfa pellet containing 7,500 mg per ounce of 99+% glucosamine HCI which is 50% more than our regular strength MaxFlex. Glucosamine is found naturally in all bodies and is a natural foundation of glycosaminoglycans, which are located in the cartilage and connective tissue of all animals. The balancing formula also consists of heat stabilized flax meal (a source of omega-3 fatty acids), yucca schidigera, copper amino acid complex, zinc methionine complex, manganese methionine comples and ascorbic acid (source of vitamin C), which help in the support of normal joint function. 

 

Directions for Use:

·         Enclosed scoop holds 1 ounce

·         Give 2 ounces per day as initial loading dose (3 to 4 weeks)

·         For maintenance, give 1 ounce per day (based on an 1100 lb adult horse)

·         Available in 3.75lbs and 8 lbs

 

3.75 lbs – 30 day initial loading supply / 60 day maintenance supply

8 lbs – 30 day initial loading supply AND 68 day maintenance

Long term comfort, 2/16/2012

Oldtime rider from Dartmouth, MA

I have used this product for years as a dailly supplement for my horses. Most recently I took in a rescue horse suffering from low ringbone. He was in pain and unable to stand squarely when he came to my barn. After two years on Maxi-flex and good care he is comfortable and very lively in the pasture. I think this product is a good maintenance supplement particularly for older horses.
