I feed supplements in pellet form and soaked beet pulp. Both seem most efficiently fed from the 4" deep rubber tubs.

does this have a flat bottom or is it ribbed?
Lisa B on Feb 23, 2015
Best Answer: We recently purchased two of the Fortex Rubber Feed Tub, 3 gal. The bottom is flat. I feed soaked beet pulp in the tubs with good success. I also feed pellets with supplements added. I toss 2 cups of pelleted feed to cover the bottom about one pellet deep. That slows down the fast eaters as they must use their lips and tongue to eat the pellets.
