I put this out next to my troughs and fill every day with clean water. Squirrels drink from this and stay out of the trough. I don't like pulling drowned squirrels out of my horse's trough!

Rugged buckets hold up even when used as chewy toys in the pasture. Variety of colors makes it easier for my son to help, as each horse can have it's own color tub.

are they rubber?

Best Answer: I'm not sure, I would say a poly something, but they are very durable, My horses are color coded, so I bought a couple sets, one for the barn and one for the horse trailer, and an extra set figuring they wouldn't last that long and I still have all 3 sets and use the 1 set daily and have been for 3 years, and my barn freezes in the winter and can be very hot in the summer. The original are still in good shape. Good buy for the money and they clean up so much better than those rubber things I thew away
