Not the best..., 12/14/2010

This bridle looks better in the picture than it does in person. The color in person is actually lghter, more golden. In the picture, it's more brown, darker. The leather is soft after you clean it. AND the leather looks fake, it looks like someone painted the color on it, and now it's pealing. But that's just on the reins. Also, the keepers are NOT big enough on the throat latch. The only way to make it go through is to put A LOT of oil/saddle soap on it before you use it. The actual bridle is nice overall, don't get it if you're going to enter the Olympics though :D

Good for the money , 8/3/2010

This was my first bridle. I bought it based on price because I did not want a really expensive bridle to use while training. Overall it is nice, not too stiff, nothing a little oil won't fix and some use. The biggest complaint is that some of the keepers are not large enough. For example, neither of the two nose band keepers fit the leather strap. Some of the side keepers are too small as well. I am hoping that with more use and oiling they will stretch out.
