Rated 4 out of 5 by Pretty nice I got this bridle in the mail today, but was a little dissapointed with the quality of the leather. I've bought cheap $20 bridles that the leather was cracking after just a few minutes of holding and this bridle isn't much better. It already has signs of cracking and is not high quality leather. It also runs huge! I ordered the horse size for my 16hh Thoroughbred, and I had to put the leather holding up the figure 8 noseband on the very tightest hole, as well as punch holes in the piece that keeps the horse's mouth closed. So if you have a horse any smaller than 16hh, I would order the cob size instead. The reins that come with it are okay. The rubber has good grip to it. Also, I really like the padded "crown" piece that goes behind the ears. It is very nice and looks comfortable for the horse. The padding under the noseband isn't the greatest but will probably last a while before breakin down, but overall, I rated this bridle 4 stars. January 8, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome :) I wasn't expecting this product to be so nice, since the price beats any other figure eight bridle! I haven't put it on a horse yet, so I can't say about durability, but it seems like it's very good quality leather. Not too stiff, quite flexible really, maybe needs a little oil but I think it will break in very quickly! I put it together on the last hole and it's huge but I did buy oversized for an oversize horse so I think if I go up a few holes it will fit perfectly! For now I have to assume pet approval is five stars, I can't see any horse not appreciating this bridle, it's really well padded! Great quality, great price!! :) December 13, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Get it! Awesome bridle. Don't let the inexpensive price fool you, very high quality. Although the horse size was very big on my 16.3h TB mare and she normally wears a horse size no problem. Luckily I was able to punch a couple holes and make it work. October 21, 2012
