Bought this saddle as my daughter's first saddle. It arrived today and was BEAUTIFUL!!! It fit our warmblood wonderfully, leather was of awesome quality, and EVEN EARNED A 'THUMBS UP' FROM OUR TRAINER (who is a VERY HARD SELL!!!) can't wait for our leathers, bridle and girth to arrive!!!!

This saddle was purchased to fit a really nice Dutch Warmblood mare whose ribs had been thrown out and back had been torn up by the previous owner's bad-fitting saddle. The consideration was fit and quality. The low price was a bonus. The saddle fit the horse really well, allowed her back to heal and is still in daily use. It was also comfortable to ride in from the first day, putting everyone who used it in exactly the right position. The excellent quality was apparent from the beginning. Over several years, it has worn extremely well. Leather, stitching, tree, padding all in great condition. NP with the dye. But then, I'd never ride a new saddle with light colored breeches. One caution, the saddle is hard and closer to old fashioned Hermes and Crosby Prix-de-Nations. This saddle does everything right and at a great price, but it's not an Antares or a Devoucoux.

This saddle is worth a lot more in my opinion. I bought the medium Gullet fit QH's and thoroughbreds. I dont know what these are people are talking about with this "Ruins riding pants" i used leather new and lexol before i rode in it and no stains whatsoever. My horses love it, I love it very comfortable. My friends liked it ebtter than there stubbens and pessoas.

i bough this saddle like 4 years ago and i have used it alot. i dont wear breeches when i was jumping but i never had an issue with the color rubbing off and it was really eazy actually to break in. its super comfortable and easy to be in. after you oil it tho it gets really slippery but after two or three rides it becomes good again. other than that, i love this saddle.

This saddle is very comfy but it ruined a pair of one of my nicest breeches.

I purchased this saddle for schooling and it's super comfy. I bought the wide tree but I wouldn't call it a wide tree saddle, fits my T-bred with extra pads.
Biggest issue was the dye came off the saddle the first time I rode in it, ruining a pair of breeches.
