How long will 1 bottle last, for one horse?
Alan K on Oct 3, 2014
Best Answer: It actually depends upon how much you give your horse and how many times you give it to him or her. You can easily calculate how long a bottle will last by first dividing the dosage (ie how many mls you use) by the total mls in the bottle. That will give you how many doses are in a bottle which should relate to how many days if you use one dose a day etc.

Best Answer: Red Cell is a blood builder. It worked excellent to rebuild body condition and stamina on an under weight gelding coming off a grass pasture.

how long does it take red cell to have an effect?
A shopper on May 7, 2016
Best Answer: As with everything horse, it depends. If a horse hasn't been getting enough vitamins you see a difference in 3 or 4 days. If you're replacing a multi vitamin with iron, they do great on this. I've been using it with my racehorses for 20 years. They can get a little jacked up if you give too much.

Best Answer: It says not too but I have been told by cowboys who take a shot of it every day that they swear by it.

Is this suitable for sand colic?
A shopper on Feb 25, 2014
Best Answer: You need to buy SAND CLEAR which is a psyllium husk product. SAND CLEAR binds with the sand particles and helps the horse to eliminate the sand in his/her gut.
SAND CLEAR is one name product but there are more products that are psyllium based.

RED CELL is what it's name says...for building up the horse's blood count of red blood cells.

Sand colic is a very serious condition and can kill a horse. You should be seeking professional advice about that if your horse is showing symptoms of sand colic...!
