My Vet told me to use this on my older horse and this has really helped him along with my older Mare too. She has more energy and makes riding her better.

Is this safe to give a pregnant mare?
CiCi83 on Jun 28, 2015
Best Answer: I don't know as my horses are old and I feel they can use the extra help. A pregnant mare on a good feed and hay or grass diet shouldn't need Red Cell, but that is just my opinion. The label should say if it is not safe for pregnancies but I'd check with your vet to be sure.
