K9 Advantix 6 Month Supply

From the yard to the pool and back again! Give biting insects the one-two punch with K9’s waterproof answer to parasite attacks. Easy to apply, it not only repels and kills ticks, fleas, and mosquitoes, it also repels pesky sand flies and kills chewing lice...even while Fido frolics in the water. The two active ingredients in this humane product act on the parasites’ central nervous system to paralyze them before death, sparing undue discomfort. With an application only once or twice a month, K9 Advantix® will keep your companion protected and comfortable. Consult your vet prior before using.  We only buy and sell products packaged and labeled for sale in the USA.

Love it!, 1/11/2010
Leana from MA

I used Frontline on my dogs for a long time. We walk our dogs frequently in the woods and they still got ticks on it. My vet told me to switch to advantix and I'm so glad we did! They still get ticks, but they are dead when I pull them off. No fleas ever. :O) I hate how expensive it is though!!!

A nightmare for me and my dog, 10/8/2009
Laura from Kennesaw, GA

My dog was faithfully on K9Advantix since the day I adopted her from the local shelter. Dispite applying the product as per the instructions, my dog developed a horrific flea infestation after a few months of using this product. It has been a nightmare to rid them from both her and my house. We continued to apply K9Advantix, but the fleas never disappeared and we are headed to a new vet to seek diffrent flea-treatments. If your dog is VERY active outdoors, as mine is, I do not think this product is effective.

Best yet!!!, 7/26/2009
Jeannine from Oviedo, FL

I have used many different products, but when I got a flea and tick problem at once, my vet recommended Advantix, and I love it! Even though we live on conservation I don't see any fleas or ticks in my home or on my dogs. My daughter is highly reactive to flea bites, so I have to be very careful. You've got to try this product!

This product is working for us, 7/16/2009
lori blanch from Peoria IL

My neighbors animals have fleas and she is using frontline plus. We applied k-9 advantix on one dog and there was a huge improvement within 24 hours on that dog. I bought k-9 advantix around three weeks ago from dog.com and since that purchase the cost of it has went up $7.00 in 3 weeks. Although the product works I wish dog.com would stop raising their prices constantly.

works better than frontline plus, 7/14/2009
Lori Blanch from Peoria IL

My neighbors pets have fleas and they all have frontline plus on. I gave her one of my K-9 applications to use and it is working. I just purchased this product less than a month ago and it has went up $6.00 in those few weeks. I wish dog.com would quit raising their prices. I recommend this product, I'm just not so sure about Dog.com.

Tick on Dog Treated Monthly w/ K9-Advantix, 5/7/2009
Jeani from Lewisville, NC

I have used K9-Advantix for 2 years now primarily because of it's claim to repel mosquitos. 5 days after a fresh application, 1 of my dogs had a tick attached that had obviously been feeding for maybe a day. I am contacting the manufacturer for a refund of all unused products and I'm switching back to Frontline Plus at my vets recommendation. I can't take this kind of chance with my "kids"...

The Best, 5/4/2009
Maria Swicki from Warwick, Rhode Island

I have been using this K-9 Advantix on my dog for sometime now... I started when he had gotten fleas real bad one year and ticks were bad... Never had a problem since... I would recommend this product if you and your dog love the out doors... The price is a little high but worth it...

K9 Advantix, 4/10/2009
Cecil Beavers from FT Worth, TX

I have used this product for over 5 yrs now, and I have 1 dog, (I have 5) that showed up with a few fleas when I had her in for a f/u on her Thyroid and her scratching and chewing her hip areas. Though some fleas were found she got them from one of my Dau. dogs. She was close to her next dose but the Vet went ahead & treated her. She along with 2 other dogs have Seasonal Dermatitis caused by pollen & they get a cortisone injection twice a year & no scratching. My Daughter was the one who converted me from Frontline to K9 Advantix and I have been using it since then.

Awesome, 3/11/2009
Sue from Plymouth, NH

I have used K9 Advantix with all my dogs, currently have 5, 3 have passed on. over a period of about 20 years. I can't say enough about this stuff, works great, it's the best out there. When I started to pull alot of ticks off my dogs I figured I had to find something that worked. Sense I used this product I have not found a tick on them, we have alot of woods and ticks around here. If applied right you shouldn't find any either. To apply you need to part the hair and put directly on the skin. I part the hair in about 8 different places from the sholderblade to the begining of the tail. If you read the package carefuly it says not to give them a bath I believe it says 2 weeks that means swimming also, after it gets in there system they will be all set. My dogs love to swim, but I wait 2 weeks. We have alot of mosquitoes here and have never had positive test come back on anything. I will continue to use this product on all my dogs. I also get the lyme shot along with all the other shots and I use heart guard on all my dogs. So yes you do need the lyme shot.
