I've never written a review for a product before, but this blanket was so awful I hope that others will not make the same mistake I did. I bought this blanket to use on my older TB this winter. This blanket had a rip in it within the first week and was completely ripped down the side after using for less then 2 months. My horse does share a field with several other horses, but his last blanket lasted for about 8 years and he's not overly violent with blankets. This blanket also has clips instead of T bars for the blanket straps and they constantly got stuck open after my horse would roll. The one good thing about this blanket is it fit very nicely on my TB and did not rub his shoulders at all. Overall, this blanket was a complete waste of money.

I just bought this blanket and I loved at the beginning as the Euro fit is great for my TB, he ripped the blanket on the 2nd night of the turnout...the 600 denier is way too low...

I own several of these blankets for different horses. I particularly love the clip surcingle staps under the belly. Unlike the t-bar straps these are NEVER hanging loose. wish more manufacturers would use this.

I received this blanket as a substitution for a weatherbeeta I ordered. I was pleasantly surprised! Fits my 15.1 tall (and wide) draft cross mare really well. I have been a hardcore weatherbeeta fan for years and this blanket is just as nice. The outer denier is impressive and substantial. I must say it fits my stout mare better than her old WB. The front darts are perfect and she never rubbed her shoulders on those few TX nights that require blanketing. We are moving to KS this winter, we'll see how it takes a hard winter's worth of use!

Overall, this blanket is very durable, it takes a lot to get a big tear because of the rip stop. It is a good quality, however, I would suggest going smaller versus larger if you dont want your horses tail to rub off, the way it's sewn makes it do that. But it is a great blanket.

I have gotten many winter heavy horse Blankets and they are great I like the fact that they STAY on the horse and not go off to one side Price is good too

This blanket is wonderful in many ways, but the easy fastening belly straps are a poor design choice. They are like most hind leg straps, and the mud cakes into the buckle/snap, making it hard to press them open without a lot of work removing the frozen mud. I modified the blanket by using carbiners to prevent having to cut my horse out of his blanket. Other than that, the blanket is amazing.
