Great idea for a product, 10/27/2011

    saddlebredlady from Riverton,WY

My horses wear this 24/7. I check for rubs daily, but leave it on, so I like how easy this is to wash. Which is good,as the horses do sweat lightly under it. I needed to cut off the tail cover,as it caused high tailed Am.Saddlebreds and Arabians to rub off the outside of their tailhair. Horses love wearing it and it stays straight when they roll. Does pull back, so I adjust it forward everyday. Would like to see rain flap removeable, for horses like mine. Runs big on my horses, ordered size smaller.

    Overall... I like it., 10/3/2011

    CP from KY

I really do. For really hot, humid days it is too much. I just take it off and put it back on for the nighttime. My biggest issue is the belly strap. It's located too far back and causes the blanket to shift. Material is good and washes well too. No rips or tears on a 24/7 wearing horse this summer.

    Kool fly sheet, 6/6/2011

    Ray Anderson from Mineral Va

It a nice looking sheet but for the heat and humity here in Va It is way to thick, It has a very, hot, dark blue nylon lining under the top of the neck cover and sheet that my horses sweat like crazy in even the cooler temps of 80 degrees. I cannot even use it if it get hotter than 80 degrees. I afraid my horse is going to over heat. And for some reason my mare pee's all over the back flap and it stays wet. I would not recomend this sheet if it gets warmer than 80 degrees

Great Sheet, If Your Horse Isn't Crazy, 5/27/2011

    KAITLYN MARTIN from MI

Nice looking sheet for sure, but the mesh rips very easily. My gelding tore his after 2 days (he's only outside for 8 hours a day). He's at the bottom of the herd, so I imagine it's the other horses.

Overall Great Sheet- lasted three seasons so far!, 5/4/2011

    Brie from California

This sheet has been wonderful! I own a 15.2 qh/appy mare, who is fairly average build. It fits her perfectly. The leg straps did break early on, but this wasn't too big of a problem as I just attached hay ties. The mesh does rip, and it needed minor repairs after each season. This last year my mare was next to a horse who frequently fought with her, and he ripped the sheet up. However I'll fix it for the season (the fourth one I'll be using it for!), and buy it again next season. It runs true to size, so measure your horse then order it right. The next attachment goes pretty far up the next, and stays in place. My horse was never sweaty while wearing the sheet, and it fit her comfortably without rubbing anywhere (including the main). She's very sensitive to flies, and never had any fly bites. I love the sheet, and highly recommend buying it ONLY if you have a sewing machine, or don't mind getting it fixed up at the end of the season because it did need repairs every season.

    disappointing, 4/27/2011

kashmir's rider from Los Angeles, Ca

My horse wore this for a few hours, when he rolled in it, the clip broke, and he was walking on the thing and ripping the heck out of it when I checked on him. Very disappointing, as my Saxon brand fly sheet (without clips) lasted 2 summers. $55 or so down the drain!

    SIZE IS TRUE, 2/11/2011

    Sam from Lawton,OK

Don't order this sheet in a smaller size. It's true to size!!!! I ordered 2 inches smaller and it FIT 2 inches too small. I had to pay 11 dollars to return it and now my horse is without a fly sheet! I have a 15.3 QH who has an average build.

    Not the best flysheet, 11/28/2010

    Sara from NY

This flysheet is not durable at all and is not suitable for all horses' body types. The 'flowing mesh' rips easily and the belly band does not hold the sheet in place. My horse is a stocky and wide quarter horse and the blanket kept slipping off to one side. the only good thing was it did not make her sweat. but overall not a good choice for larger stockier horses.
