I use this when i ride my gelding and sometimes he needs a wake up call to pay attention this is just the thing .. i rub it on his shoulder and he gets the idea woul;d buy them for my friends

Soft, leather ends and beautifully braided nylon. You can tighten the opening to fit your wrist or saddle horn. Couldn't be happier with it and it couldn't look better for the price!

Sometimes my horse needs to wake up. I hated using a crop, so stiff. It just got in the way.I didn't like having to hold on to it all the time. You can hang this from the horn. It has an adjustor that locks it on pretty good. I just pick it up and barely touch him, he sees it out of the corner of his eye and GOES. I just let it fall back down. It's safe, doesn't get in the way and is always there if you need it. I wish it would come in solid black or brown though.

I am usually using a straight plastic whip, and i got this and it works great.The price is great and it lasts a really long time.Where i trail ride I always take this with me,the leather on the bottom get dirty easy but its a great product.

I love the way this thing handles. It makes a crisp popping sound, perfect to get any horses attention, you don't even have to swat them hard for it to pop. I love the lime green and black, I like my gear to have some "pop" too.
