Is this for western saddle?
A shopper on Apr 7, 2014
Best Answer: Yes this is for a western saddle and the nice thing is you can REMOVE the wool part of the cinch when it gets dirty and wash it. The Velcro attachment allows removal for cleaning - way better, more comfortable and more hygienic for your horse.

Does this cinch have a "keeper" on the off side? (A place to tuck in the extra length of the off-billet? Thanks -
Sheryl M on May 23, 2015
Best Answer: Hi. The cinch has a keeper on the off side. I really like the nice fleece on this cinch, and it's very easy to hose off with water between use. Hope this helps.

What is the difference between the merino wool and the shearling ?
Tina M on Jan 30, 2016
Best Answer: Hi. Since I was not able to see both cinches together to compare fleece, I'm not sure of the difference. Both cinches have the same quality hardware and webbing and the velcro detachment for easy cleaning.I chose the merino wool cinch because of the cost difference and am very happy with it. After much use and several cleanings it still looks brand new.
