Fantastic!, 8/4/2011

AH from NC

I've tried all the tricks to avoid mane pulling. I hate it, my horse hates me, and I really don't see the point in doing something so tedious and frustrating if there's a way around it. Basically, all I was looking for was to have a "decent" looking mane around the barn, that was thin enough to braid for shows. It's very rare that I won't braid for shows. Nothing really worked well until I found this. It is absolutely wonderful. I used it on the underside of my mare's mane and it made for a nice pulled look. Just a *little* on the top and ends completed it, in half the time it would take to pull a mane, and the horse fell asleep while I did it. No fuss, no drama. And it looks almost as good as a traditionally pulled mane. Given, it's really impossible to accomplish that without actually going that route. It's definitely worth my $2, and I will be stocking up so I'll always have a new one when the blade gets dull. Easy to replace at that price!
