I bought this for my full size horse and it was an instant success with no adjustment period after riding her with a snaffle. I wrapped the nose piece with vet tape to make it softer and a little bit of padding.

I have never found a hackamore that worked on so many different horses before! I got one with my first barrel horse, a little arabian, and she ran great in it! I used it on a 3 year old we had that had a bucking problem, and he was a different horse! used it the next spring on two 3-year old morgans i had to break in, and they rode very relaxed with a lot of rate! Used it on my Thoroughbred, Appaloosa, Morgan, QH, Arabians and cross-breeds. IT HAS WORKED ON EVERY BREED, EVERY AGE, AND EVERY PROBLEM, TROUBLED OR YOUNG HORSE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD!!! i've used it for correcting problems, fixing headsets, attitude adjustments, barrel racing, trail riding, you name it!! YOU COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER BRIDLE I AM A COMPLETE FINATIC OVER THESE THINGS!! miracle workers!!!
