Rated 5 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by AWESOME!!! I didnt believe if it would really work. Im 13 and well not the strongest teenager ever. I bought this to help because all the horses I ride have the best time bucking. I bought and thought it was a waste of money... until i started using it. I saw improvements very fast and they were effective. Some equitment I dont have but that just gives me an excuss to run 1/2 mile to the local gym to use theirs. IT IS AWESOME AND IM SO GLAD I SPENT MY MONEY ON IT!!! I WOULD TOTALLY REMCOMMEND THIS TO YOU OR A FRIEND!!! IT IS THE #1 BOOK EVER!!! May 18, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by Riders Fitness Program This is a terrific workout Ive been recommending it for nonriders. Im 58, started using the book in the summer of 2007 when I needed a new workout and wanted to start riding again after twenty years away. I saw results immediately, and when I finally got back on a horse six months later, I wasnt screaming to be placed in traction the next day. January 12, 2009
