When trying to put these on I gave up on two ordered according to product instructions and the other horse destroyed hers in three daya her poll was cut into and her ears were rubbed to barw skin don't buy say your money

It was hard to get on. And even though it fit my horse snug, flies still got inside the mask which defeats the purpose of the mask!

I like this mask a lot. This is the second one I purchased. The only problem is if you have a lot of vegetation in your pasture it will snag. Because of the snug fit it keeps the flys from getting under the mask. I have found this mask stays on very well if you have a horse that like to rub. The size seems to run true to fit.

I really liked the concept and the lighter netting was what sold me at first. However within the first 24 hours my horse was shaking his head constantly, only for me to find the top area of lycra had indented his forehead like a rubberband! He's normally an avg size horse and I even bought him the Large, but his forelock are down to his eyes was being constricted, badly! I do not recommend this product.

I have never used this type of mask before. Not 5 min. after I put it on my horse, she found a tree and ripped it off. It seems to be hot and uncomfortable. I will not buy this product again.

The idea is great at first, but it rubs out forelocks, after the first summer the zipper folds over and chafes the jaw, they get irreversibly greasy, and several of my horses LOVE to come in with one ear hanging off them like they dressed up like a unicorn. It also makes them sweat in hot weather which is grand.. I don't recommend this product. It annoys me and it sucks.

These are terrible and will do more harm than good. The mesh "sat" on my horse's eyes and rubbed them raw after only one day in the pasture. I was trying to prevent sunburn on my paint mare, but now this fly mask created sores on her lids from rubbing all day. Do not buy these, they are terribly designed.

I love this Fly Bonnet, no need for the zipper, I just put over their noses.....so sad that this doesn't come in extra large anymore, I'd buy them all.

Put the fly mask on after AM feeding. At PM feeding the mask had been pulled down (by horse or stablemate) and Lycro was over my horses eyes. They were SWOLEN SHUT! Imagine if it was like that longer,as it wasn't noticable from several feet.

I was excited for this mask because of the flexible secure soft fit but my horse manages to pull it off in no time at all. He usually keeps masks on very well. I was very upset that this didn't stay on him. Otherwise I would have loved it!
