Very impressed with this product. I bought one for my mare who is extremely hard on her blankets, and so far it has held up very nicely. (knock on wood) It is only a 600D outer shell, but it looks and feels like it is much thicker. Very pleased with this blanket!

I was very happy with this blanket when I first took it out of the box. It's soft, the lining is nice, and the hollybery plaid looks great on my dark bay thoroughbred. I ordered the 100g one and it has been the perfect weight. Our winter days range from 30 degrees, down to 10 or less, and he has stayed nice a toasty. The 78" blanket was almost too long for him, he normally wears a 78", but this one seems extra generous. The adjustable buckles are very helpful, though. I was able to snug it around him without any problems. He has been wearing it now for almost two months in a herd of 12 other horses and there are no holes or snags to be seen. The straps and buckles are holding up great, too! I definitely recommend it all around. For warmth, durability, and looks.

I bought 2 of these. One for my TB Gelding and one for my QH Mare and both have worked out perfectly. I bought the 75" for both but my TB probably would have done better with a 78". They roll and run a lot for being 22 and the blankets have held up great. My mare likes to bite my geldings blanket and pull on it and she hasn't riped it yet. I actually bought 2 more in the 250g for the colder nights. They like to spend most of their time out in the pasture but they do come in when it rains hard. There has been a few times when they've stayed out in a hard rain and I've checked and sure enough, nice and dry. They have been wearing them for about 3 months and so far so good. They slip to the side a little (might be from the rolling) but no rub.

I purchased this blanket last winter for a horse that already had a heavy winter coat. My horses perfer to be outside no matter what the weather, but being on a main road makes us very visable to "non horse people" who have called animal control on us numerous times despite the overall great condition of the horses. My solution was to start using blankets when the winter weather was wet. This has stopped all complaints. However, finding blankets that were light weight enough to keep horses with heavy winter coats comfortable and dry was tough. When I saw this blanket, I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. My horses stay dry and comfortable. This is my second winter with this blanket and so far it still looks brand new.

I bought this for my TB gelding last fall. It did well all last fall/winter and he will wear it again this year. The quality is great for the price. His doesn't have any rips yet and this is year 2. Keeps him nice and dry and when I check him in the mornings he is always warm.

I really liked this blanket and hope to find another so I can rotate when it gets dirty and needs washing. It fit my Arab/qtr gelding great and he likes to move around, roll and pull on straps and it held up well. It is waterproof and it has enough warmth for a young horse, but not so much to overheat.

I bought this blanket for my saddlebred last winter. It does fit him well, the sides are a little short, but I think that it was a great deal. It keeps him warm and dry. He has not destroyed it yet so I think it is decent quality.

Just ordered this blanket. It seems decent in quality for the price but is much too short on the sides for my warmblood. I ordered a size 84". Must be for long and lean body types! Returning. Bummer.

This is the first blanket that I have gotten. The price was great and my mare loves it. It is waterproof and it does keep her warm. The tail flap ripped in the first 3 day after I put it on her. Horse.com did let me exchange it of a new one and that one does have some small rips in it but that does not seem to hinder the effectiveness of the blanket. Overall I like this blanket and will buy from this brand again.

I bought this blanket for my 28yr old quarter horse who is happier turned out then in the barn. It's just the right weight for his now heavy winter coat. It breaths and keeps him dry and blocks the wind. I love the fit. I'm going to get one for my other quarter horse for the spring cool nights. I just wish the leg straps had clips on both ends
