Love my tender touch! , 3/31/2011

This bit is wonderful! I have all 3 of the touch series bits, and they have all held up for 5+ years. Mouthpieces are still in new condition, no flattening at all. This Tender Touch has the perfect amount of leverage and gag, and the dogbone ensures there is no pressure on my horses mouth when there shouldn't be. I run my barrel mare in this bit, started my colt on the barrels in this bit, and it's my geldings "working bit" for off the barrels. Works on them each individually but I get awesome results with each. Whenever I get on a new horse or am not sure what to ride in, I grab this one, because I know i can ride anyone in it. Love!

This is my go to bit. I love it on a horse who just needs light cues but needs more than a snaffle. It's also a great transition from a snaffle in to shanked bits.
