One step up from a bareback pad., 6/27/2011

I bought this saddle to retro- fit a pony , as it is difficult to find a lighweight saddle made for an adult that can be used on a pony. It was working fine for a few days, I then noticed that the swede on the seat had been (patched). Like a refurbished model. I called and they did agree to take it back , however after all the adjustments I made for it to fit my pony. I didnt want to waste my time sending it back. Then Ive noticed the rubber shoulder pads? I guess thats what they are . Are actually comming loose! I can glue them, but geeze, Ive only had it maybe 2 weeks! Also the leathers are very cheap and you do NOT get the rubber grips for the stirrups. I guess it's ok for what I need it for , But really it could be better!!
