posts are plastic so I don't need insulators
Carl L on Feb 12, 2015
how many poles per foot of tape do I need?
A shopper on Jul 1, 2015
Best Answer: I don't put them more then 10 feet apart myself. These are just step in posts and they are not as well-rooted in the ground as conventional posts.

Exactly how high is the fence above ground? Is it 4 ft high including the step-in or 4ft plus the step-in?
A shopper on Jan 7, 2015
Best Answer: The post is 6 inches into the ground and then the 4 foot above ground is the measurements from the manufacturer
