Additional Information:
Quest Gel® Moxidectin Gel Dewormer
Provides horse owners worldwide with safe, effective control against a broad spectrum of internal parasites, including bots. Numerous research trials have demonstrated the safety and effectiveness of moxidectin in breeding mares, stallions, and foals four months of age or older.

This product should be given to foals, ponies, and miniature horses with caution because overdose can lead to serious reactions. This product should be used in horses only. Consult the full product labeling for complete directions and important safety information.

Quest 2% Equine Oral Gel when used at the recommended dose rate suppresses strongyle egg production through 84 days following a single oral administration. This residual strongyle control reduces pasture contamination and provides a period of protection from reinfection for horses and ponies maintained on the same pasture.

Administration and Dosage:
Quest 2% Equine Oral Gel is specially formulated as a palatable gel which is easily administered to horses and ponies. Quest Gel is packaged in ready-to-use Sure-Dial syringes. The syringe is calibrated in 50-pound increments, up to 1150 pounds. This enables the administration of the recommended dose level of 0.4 mg moxidectin/kg body weight by choosing a setting consistent with the animal's weight.

Strongid® C 2X
is a concentrated formula made of palatable alfalfa/molasses pellets and is safe for all ages. For the prevention of Strongylus vulgaris larval infestation in horses. For control of the following parasites in horses: Large Strongyles (adults), Small Strongyles (adults and 4th stage larvae), Cyathostomum spp., Cylicocyclus spp., Cylicostephanus spp., Pinworms, and Ascarids.

Mixing and Feeding Directions:
Strongid C 2X is to be administered on a continuous basis either as a top-dress or mixed in the horse’s daily grain ration at the rate of 1.2 mg pyrantel tartrate per lb. of body weight daily. To achieve this dose, administer 0.5 oz of Strongid C 2X per 250 lb. of body weight (2 oz. per day for a 1,000 lb. horse). Strongid C 2X should be administered for the entire period that the animal is at risk to internal parasites. Unprotected animals that have grazed may already have an established S. vulgaris larval infestation. Before administering Strongid C 2X , these animals should be treated with a therapeutic does of a larvicidal product. Foals may be administered Strongid C 2X as soon as consistent intake of grain mix is occurring. This is generally between 2 – 3 months of age. Strongid C 2X may be used in mares at any stage of pregnancy or lactation. Stallion fertility is not affected by the use of Strongid C 2X.
