Gate anchor review, 2/10/2011

We hung several new swinging gates and bought enough of these anchors to fit at least one side of each with a stopper. The anchor itself is well put together, but it does not stay down (doesn't hold the weight off the gate) and the peg will not stay down to hold the gate open. The rod slides too freely up and down.
