Better position, 11/12/2012

This girth seems to fit my rotund draft cross better than other non-contoured girths. It doesn't tuck so closely to her elbows, and the saddle sits free of her shoulder movement. Well made, distributes the weight more evenly. I am pleased.

good girth, 4/1/2012

My flat-backed draft cross has a forward girth groove and the saddle slipped forward. This girth is wide enough that (in conjunction with a no-slip pad and crossed billets) the saddle hardly moves at all. My mare had also gotten very girthy when tacking up, but since I got this girth, she stands happily. It performs as advertised and is very durable. I recommend it.
