Overall, I think these sheets are great. My daughter likes to call them her ponies' "rain coats" because that is the type of material they are. For our location they work well. Although our Arab was able to break the surcingles pretty quickly. Like the variety of colors they come in too.

Not waterproof bought for my older gelding to find him soaked after a terrible rain storm in chilly weather. Would have been better had I used a tarp. I DO NOT RECCOMEND YOU WASTING YOU MINEY IN THIS TERRIBLE EXAMPME OF A SHEET. I Love THERE BLANKETS. The front is an open frong as well and needs velcro because it spluts open constantly... Going in the garbage!

This sheet is not waterproof. It looks very nice on the mare I bought I bought it for, but the quality is terrible. I do not recommend this sheet to anyone. I should have known better since it was so cheap.

I got this sheet to protect my horses from the rain, but my horses are soaked anyway. I will not be purchasing this product again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I bought this sheet because it is cheap and I needed a sheet before it got cold. This sheet is aweful. The material isnt breath-able and it doesnt stretch well over my WB's shoulders. The front buckles are terrible, the 2 sides dont touch each other since there is no velcro, so there is a big opening where wind and water can get it. It isnt very waterproof either. And it seems to run big. The back hangs really long over his tail, and hangs down on his sides, and he is 16.2 hands and a size 78

While this sheet is of good quality as far as craftmanship and wear and tear, it is not at all waterproof. It rained maybe an 1-2 inches in a 24 hour period and the 3 horses wearing the sheets were almost as wet as the 2 without. I have other"waterproof" blankets that have kept my horses dry in days of straight rain.

Great for a show sheet or blanket liner, but this sheet is NOT waterproof. Even the dew went throug it and my mare was cold and damp.

I bought 4 of these for my horses and they do very well at keeping them warm on the windy days, they stay on very well, and I have not had a problem with ripping, but they are NOT water proof! If it is snowing or raining they will keep your horse dry for a few hours so TURN OUT then back into a stall is great! BUT if you have pastured horses you are trying to keep dry and warmer this is NOT the blanket for you! They DO get wet and soak through! And once your horse is wet with a wet blanket on them they will become MORE cold than if they have no blanket at all...so if you need something for rainy or snowy days out in the pasture(for horses that live out to pasture) you will need something a little more than this. Like I said they are GREAT for blocking wind! Kept mine very toasty even with being so light weight! And even going up in the trees I have not had problems with tearing...just the water "PROOF" part...it is ONLY RESISTANT to water...
