I wasn't sure how to rate these because in some ways these are great chaps for the money, on the other hand, I need to buy a new pair because the sizing chart was way off, so...did I really save any money in the long run? No. I questioned the chart from the beginning because normally I am a medium in pants/chaps, but the size chart said I was a large. I had to cut several inches off of the bottom and the zipper almost drags on the floor but more importantly, the legs are huge and I have the waist as tight as it can go. Also, the stiching is not very good as the zipper pulled apart from the leather and had to be hand sewn back together after only a months use. The leather is nice and tough, great for going through brush and riding in the rain and washes in the washing machine pretty well. I am only considering buying a smaller pair because of the price.

I wore these chaps 3 times before I had to have both zippers resewn on. Other than that they are great!

i was in a hurry to get a cheap pair of chaps for a show and so i found these. they came at a great price but i must have ordered the wrong size because they were hard to put on and it was hard to get on my horse. just order them a little larger and these work great!

These chaps are a GREAT product for the price. My daughter needed custom chaps due to her unusual sizing. Custom takes 4-8 weeks, and is very expensive. I bought 2 pair of these since I can use the suede from one pair to modify the sizing on the other pair. And with the length being adjustable, it will be a breeze. Both pair cost far less than one pair of custom!
